Cairlynn Bay Whiskey

An award-winning Irish whiskey that rejects the constraints of tradition in favor of a spirit shaped by the originality of its makers and drinkers

A new whiskey in a crowded market. With accolades including Gold Medals from the Beverage Testing Institute and the New York World Spirits Competition, its signature "Oak & Coast" expression is a sophisticated blend of single-grain, triple-distilled malt finished in rye casks, and pot-still whiskey finished in sherry casks.

My work on Cairlinn Bay was a foundational branding exercise in which I served as the primary content architect for its voice and content identity. Rather than just writing "marketing copy," I developed a comprehensive Brand Bible that established how the whiskey speaks, looks, and feels seperating it from competitors.
